The wedding is one day. The Sicilian Affair is the whole weekend. For couples who want to give their guests an immersive Sicilian saga rather than a single ceremony, we plan and run the entire stay, from the first welcome to the last goodbye.

You are bringing people from all over the world to Sicily, and you want them to feel it: the food, the sea, the late nights, the island itself. The Sicilian Affair turns your wedding into a multi-day experience, everything designed and coordinated so that you get to actually live your own weekend.

The multi-day experience

A welcome party or soirée, in a historic estate or a setting on the sea.
Private boat and yacht charters along the coast.
Vineyard tastings and guided excursions for your guests' free time.
Beach and pool days, relaxed or elevated, however you want them.
A farewell brunch or a day-after event to close the weekend properly.
Full logistics for the whole stay, so your guests always know where to be and never feel herded.

Phase 1

Strategy & venue

Professional guidance on local customs and traditions, regional logistics, and the lesser-known places worth knowing.
A detailed budget tracker, with category pricing and ongoing expense monitoring.
Venue search and liaison, including with town halls or parishes, and all the related paperwork.
A customised shortlist of vetted vendors, from catering to music to photography, matched to your style and budget.

Phase 2

Design & styling

Your aesthetic defined through a shared Pinterest board and a professional mood board.
A full design of the ceremony and reception layouts, for one cohesive look.
Guidance on room blocks, local transfers and travel logistics for your guests.

Phase 3

Coordination & logistics

Vendor meetings scheduled and attended, with a professional review of every quote and contract.
The vendor payment schedule managed, with timely reminders to you.
A minute-by-minute wedding-day timeline, shared with everyone involved.
Final vendor confirmations and seating-plan management, dietary requirements collected and coordinated with the caterer.

Phase 4

On-site & the events

Full planning of a welcome party and a day-after event.
On-site coordination led by your Lead Planner with at least two professional assistants.
Hands-on setup of your personal decor: seating charts, favours, table numbers and the rest.
End-of-night management: vendor payments or tips settled, and your gifts, decor and personal items handed safely to whoever you choose.

What the fee covers, and what it does not

Our fee is fixed and agreed upfront. It covers our planning, design and coordination in full. The event costs themselves, the venue, the vendors, the catering, the set-ups, are paid by you directly to each supplier, so you always see exactly what you are paying and to whom.
