Nashville by the Sea

Carlie & Jonathan came from Nashville with their big, high-spirited family — one of those couples who smile through everything and mean it. They gave Sicily three days: a spritz-and-pizza welcome by the sea, a wine tasting up in Castelbuono, a boat trip along the Cefalù coast and a shoot through the old town.

Every detail was theirs. The invitations carried the Cefalù skyline hand-painted by Jonathan himself; guests were met with handwritten notes and traditional confetti — Jordan almonds — the kind of warmth you can't fake.

The wedding at Tenuta Spinola opened with a ceremony over the Kalura cliffs, a roaming band through cocktail hour, and dinner under the stars — which Carlie refused to abandon even when the Sicilian rain came. The party moved indoors with Blackbird Road, who slipped in a few Nashville classics, a dessert buffet, and a DJ set that ran late. No weather stood a chance — just love, family, and a dance floor that never emptied.
